Interior
In renovating the property, Barry Swenson Builder gutted the interiors of the condominium homes and installed $30,000 upgrades. These include Kenmore Stainless Steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, granite slab counters, maple cabinetry, two-tone paint, new ceiling fans and light fixtures, and certified high-effeciency windows and doors. Building
Swan Lake was originally built in 1970 up against the lush and preserved Twin Lakes State Park. Barry Swenson Builder began a major renovation in first-quarter 2007 and began selling the property at roughly the same time.
